品牌於2015年開立，設計師川上淳彌曾在被稱為文化之城的舊金山做擺攤生意，當時便深受當地文化及嬉皮士的薰陶，並將街頭風采推上藝術的舞台，而後成立了「SEVEN BY SEVEN」，品牌單品擅長融合嬉皮元素及服裝重製，並貫徹受舊金山所啟發的寬鬆剪裁設計的理念，是近年來獨具風格且高質感的新興品牌。

立體潑漆刺繡廚師外套，採用棉質面料製成，布料本身使用斜布紋織法，帶有低調的霧面光澤，外套款式設計原型為廚師外套，在輪廓上，具有品牌獨特優雅的弧形線條，而此款外套最大亮點在於，側邊腰間的立體潑漆效果刺繡，此種潑漆刺繡是使用白線先勾勒出潑漆效果的立體輪廓，再使用絢爛的色彩著色，外套加上此種獨家技術點綴，讓原是基本款式的單品，更具層次感與藝術性質，整體為一款適合日常中著用並極具亮點的外套。
