畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 25FW新款喇叭褲，與DICKIES共同合作推出，採用Dickies標準T/C斜紋布，並經過特殊水洗處理，使布料觸感柔且保有一定挺度，行走時褲腳自然擴散，形成流動弧線，後側加寬設計，整體剪裁留有足夠結構支撐，使布料不易塌陷，在工裝功能感與時裝造型之間取得平衡，一條兼具美學與日常穿著實穿性的特殊單品。
