畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 25FW全新褲款，採用SUPER120’s羊毛硬質布料製成，具有相當輕盈且飄逸的特行，且長時間著用也能維持乾爽與挺度，適合春夏正裝與日常造型兼用，腰部與臀部貼合度高，能維持俐落輪廓，不易因活動產生多餘皺摺，腿部線條筆直並逐漸放寬，布料落下時能保持穩定的垂墜感，行走時可見自然的垂墜與飄逸外觀，整體穿著感偏精緻正式，但因版型寬鬆而不拘謹，呈現品牌所追求的「優雅而日常」姿態。
