畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 26SS新款西裝褲，將品牌定番的寬鬆輪廓調整為合身版型，褶長縮短，整體線條更接近西褲的俐落感。選用棉與亞麻混紡的雙層織物面料，質地挺拔，讓合身剪裁不至於緊繃。腰部內側配置的品牌原創蕾絲細節，靈感來自西褲的調節帶結構，一款可在多場合著用的休閒褲款。
