畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 25FW再度推出定番褲款Dear BAGGY，本季採用羊毛斜紋布與尼龍混紡而成，羊毛斜紋布具有優異的回彈性，能維持挺度與線條輪廓，並且具又不易皺的特性，布料混入尼龍成分後的彈性提升，在長時間穿著後也不易變形下垂，行走時褲管張開處能自然呈現優雅弧線，但仍保有乾淨俐落的垂墜感，在造型呈現上不失張力，一條兼具線條美感與實穿性的經典定番褲款。
