於2007由 Hiroyuki Fujita 創立，設計師藤田宏行（Hiroyuki Fujita）於1979年出生於島根，藤田宏行的目標是透過品牌，將概念傳達到四方人士的眼前，直至穿上身，感受 JieDa 多方文化融合的心血結晶。

著重於耐人尋味的細節和精細造功，從街頭服飾中注入個人風格，將90 年代復古街頭風、西部風和運動元素融入服裝中，藤田宏行將其風格與品牌比作一棵樹，希望能將自己的思想傳遞給更多的人，近五年的闊身版型躍升為服裝顯學，JieDa 找到了屬於自己的天地，正式在日本時裝界立下品牌旗幟。

OL為JieDa於2023年秋冬衍生出的機能性品牌，品牌名稱中的“OL”代表“Outliers”，意思是“異常值”，為了適應快速變化的環境（自然、社會、習俗），打造出圍繞理性元素設計的科技服裝，使用高科技材料發展為戶外品牌，追求功能性、耐用性、輕盈性和便攜性的精緻設計，不僅適用於戶外活動，設計師藤田宏行更希望OL的產品具有功能性和高水準的設計，重視每個季節的靈感和直覺，並創造出符合當下情緒和時代的設計。
