畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

面料嚴選具備適切挺括度與紮實厚度的 14.1oz 丹寧布料打造，表面特別施以考究的水洗退色加工，呈現宛如長久穿著後自然留下的古著歲月痕跡與沉穩質感。

雖然採用標準直筒的打版構造，卻在褲腳處特別加入立體車縫細節，穿著上身時膝蓋處會自然向前形成膨起弧度，形塑出立體且具備建築感的廓形線條。
