畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 26ss 上衣

這件單品視覺上接近一件輕薄外套，但實際觸感卻更像一件柔軟的上衣。澤西布材質讓整體輕盈且沒有負擔，不會有外套常見的厚重或拘束，反而更貼近日常穿著。布料透過提花針織將圖像直接織進衣服中，因此在不同角度與光線下，圖案會隨著布面起伏產生細微變化，而不是平面的呈現，讓畫面更有層次，也更耐看。輕薄的觸感，就像是隨手披上一件外套，豪無負擔，是款在日常外出和居家活動都十分好搭配的單品。
