畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA以「模糊」、「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 經典定番 HOME PANTALON，採用蘇比馬棉製成，內裡為抓絨緊密針織，腰部繡有人類生活必需的「吃飯、睡覺、穿衣」字樣，繡1公里和0.2小時是指在離家1公里左右的超市停下來10分鐘左右穿的東西，側邊褶襉增加了厚度，下擺則採用大膽喇叭形設計，下擺足夠寬，可以隱藏你的鞋子，內縫處的角撐板營造出乾淨的外觀，同時保留下擺不剪裁，可以自己縫邊，推薦給想尋找寬版棉褲的朋友們 !
