畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

設計汲取自傳統水手為了能快速脫去浸濕褲裝而開發的前揭布構造，將其轉化為宛如工作圍裙般的意象細節，將這塊前揭布視為畫布，透過排列的扣鈕勾勒出宛如白雪積聚的浪漫情境，原本僅具備固定功能的前揭布扣鈕，被巧思融入為圖騰視覺的一部分；宛如將無機質的服飾物件，賦予充滿人情與自然的有機連結。

面料嚴選繁複交織的花式粗花呢，將條紋紋理的粗花呢布料進行縱橫交錯的裁切排版，呈現出獨一無二且極具藝術質感的獨特視覺圖騰。
