畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

這件上衣的有趣之處在於原本應該出現在領口的 Henley 結構被轉移到袖口，讓視覺焦點從上半部移動到手部。這樣的配置不會過於張揚，但在舉手投足之間會不經意地被注意到。

布料的選用上，細緻的天竺織法讓表面乾淨滑順，帶有一點自然的光澤感。手感柔軟但不鬆垮，能夠順著身形自然垂落，呈現出一種輕鬆但整理過的狀態。整體結構沒有過多堆疊，而是透過材質與細節去建立層次。實際穿上後，布料會貼著身體自然落下，動作之間袖口獨特的設計會隱約露出。
