畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

SHINYAKOZUKA 26SS再度推出經典Dear, BAGGY褲款，在品牌定番的BAGGY輪廓中融入正裝細節。選用鹽縮加工的100%羊毛面料，表面帶有立體收縮紋理，觸感乾爽且不貼肌膚，對應春夏穿著需求。移除膝後的裁片銜接結構後，面料的自然垂墜感更為明顯，行走時褲管的線條流暢，腰部內側配置的品牌原創蕾絲細節，靈感來自西褲的調節帶結構，一條將寬鬆輪廓與正裝細節結合的春夏褲裝。
