畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

26AW新款休閒夾克，靈感源自法國攝影師 Charles Fréger 的肖像作品。Fréger 以拍攝身著制服的社群成員聞名，擅長捕捉個體在群體中的獨特存在。設計師將這份對「制服」的凝視轉化為服裝語彙，以歐洲工作服的雙拉鍊連身結構為基礎，搭配A字輪廓與八字形拉鍊配置，粗線刺繡則以「如畫般的縫線」呼應品牌「picturesque scenery」的核心概念。羊毛法蘭絨面料柔軟且具備蓬鬆份量，穿著時布料自然垂墜，為簡潔的無領輪廓增添立體感。一款融合攝影靈感與工作服結構的夾克。
