畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 26ss 亨利領刺繡上衣

復古皺綢針織布特有的凹凸織紋，讓布面在視覺上帶有些微起伏，也讓觸感不會過於平滑。這種帶點顆粒感的手感，使布料與皮膚之間保有空氣層，穿起來不會緊貼，反而維持一種輕盈、乾爽的狀態。亨利領開襟設計，則讓整體比一般 T-shirt 多了一點結構變化，可以自由調整領口的開闔，讓風格在隨性與整齊之間取得平衡。

胸前有著手繪筆觸的月亮刺繡，線條像是隨手畫下的一筆，沒有過多修飾，反而讓整體更顯安靜與自然，實際上身後整體會貼著身形但不拘束，布料與空氣之間維持著剛好的距離。是款雖然簡單但卻充滿細節的短袖上衣。
