畢業於倫敦中央聖馬丁學院的小塚信哉（Shinya Kozuka）在 2015 年創立同名品牌，並於 2018 年獲得東京新人設計師時尚大賞。

基於設計師「並非一切都需要清晰」的信念，SHINYAKOZUKA 以「模糊」、「不清楚」和「隱藏」為概念。其靈感大多來自於小塚信哉在倫敦和日本生活時遇到的衣服和風景，同時專注於高品質材料和簡約飾面，並將它們反映在各式各樣的單品中。

SHINYAKOZUKA 26ss 古董西裝外套

此外套採用經過鹽縮處理的羊毛面料，自帶自然皺褶與結構感，使布面不貼身但又有型。手感柔軟且略帶彈性，讓衣服在肩線與胸前形成自然弧度，而不是僵硬死板。上部鈕扣閉合後，倒V字的輪廓會隨身體動作微微擴張，增添層次感與流動性。布料與皮膚之間保留空氣感，穿著時不悶熱，整體輕盈卻不失線條。實際上身後，外套會自然的在上半身展開，肩線柔和、下擺略微擺動，呈現一種低調卻有存在感的復古氣質。
