由設計師杉原淳史於 2023 年秋冬創立，品牌以「此刻最想穿的衣服」為出發點，透過立體剪裁與結構重組的技法，呈現柔軟卻具張力的服裝線條。

杉原畢業於文化服裝學院，曾於法國與多個高端品牌共事，並擔任 AUBETT 設計師多年，累積紮實經驗後，以 nonnotte 展開個人化創作，品牌所有製作皆在日本完成，與在地職人共同開發素材與工藝，注重服裝與身體、空氣之間的關係，服裝風格兼具理性與感性，輪廓寬鬆而優雅，呈現出一種介於日常與設計之間的靜謐美學。

nonnotte 26SS新款襯衫外套，以開發可機洗夏季羊毛面料為核心，選用羊毛與尼龍混紡，紡紗階段將毛羽向內包覆，未經化學處理即呈現光滑表面。尼龍隱藏於紗線核心，維持羊毛應有的觸感與垂墜性，同時提升強度與版型穩定性。經紗預先染色，色澤均勻且具備深度。垂墜領線條柔和，領片可立起或平放，為領口區域增添光影變化。衣身採直線剪裁，搭配側縫隱形式口袋，維持正面視覺簡潔。整體輪廓介於襯衫與外套之間。
