由設計師杉原淳史於 2023 年秋冬創立，品牌以「此刻最想穿的衣服」為出發點，透過立體剪裁與結構重組的技法，呈現柔軟卻具張力的服裝線條。

杉原畢業於文化服裝學院，曾於法國與多個高端品牌共事，並擔任 AUBETT 設計師多年，累積紮實經驗後，以 nonnotte 展開個人化創作，品牌所有製作皆在日本完成，與在地職人共同開發素材與工藝，注重服裝與身體、空氣之間的關係，服裝風格兼具理性與感性，輪廓寬鬆而優雅，呈現出一種介於日常與設計之間的靜謐美學。

nonnotte 26SS新款開襟衫，以開襟衫的輕便性為基礎，融入正裝外套的結構感。領型採用尖角設計，取代傳統圍巾領的圓潤線條，整體輪廓俐落卻不緊繃。Caviar與Black Plum色款選用Super 120支可水洗羊毛針織面料，紡紗階段將毛羽向內包覆，表面光滑且質地輕盈，Heather Ash色款則為純棉針織面料，觸感柔軟透氣，側縫配置口袋，維持正面視覺簡潔，相當適合作為夏季外搭的休閒單品。
