由設計師杉原淳史於 2023 年秋冬創立，品牌以「此刻最想穿的衣服」為出發點，透過立體剪裁與結構重組的技法，呈現柔軟卻具張力的服裝線條。

杉原畢業於文化服裝學院，曾於法國與多個高端品牌共事，並擔任 AUBETT 設計師多年，累積紮實經驗後，以 nonnotte 展開個人化創作，品牌所有製作皆在日本完成，與在地職人共同開發素材與工藝，注重服裝與身體、空氣之間的關係，服裝風格兼具理性與感性，輪廓寬鬆而優雅，呈現出一種介於日常與設計之間的靜謐美學。

nonnotte 25FW新款襯衫式外套，此款以獨家開發的「Fancy Yarn Tweed」布料設計，布料細緻卻富有立體感，多層次紗線交織出的細膩光澤與不規則外觀，布料的柔軟度與挺度適中，具有梳毛特有的滑順與柔軟，輕盈但仍保有結構感，領子處採用翻領設計，正面配有雙口袋設計，一款適合於冬季搭配的休閒外套。
