由設計師杉原淳史於 2023 年秋冬創立，品牌以「此刻最想穿的衣服」為出發點，透過立體剪裁與結構重組的技法，呈現柔軟卻具張力的服裝線條。

杉原畢業於文化服裝學院，曾於法國與多個高端品牌共事，並擔任 AUBETT 設計師多年，累積紮實經驗後，以 nonnotte 展開個人化創作，品牌所有製作皆在日本完成，與在地職人共同開發素材與工藝，注重服裝與身體、空氣之間的關係，服裝風格兼具理性與感性，輪廓寬鬆而優雅，呈現出一種介於日常與設計之間的靜謐美學。

＊Single-pleat setting with an elasticized rear waistband and fine triple-folded hem finish.

nonnotte 26SS新款休閒直筒褲，以褲襠的箱型褶取代傳統側縫結構，讓整片布料自然形成立體輪廓。選用Eau de Tailleur夏季華達呢面料，羊毛與尼龍混紡，紡紗階段將毛羽向內包覆，表面光滑且質地輕盈，可機洗且不易變形。單褶設定維持腰部的簡潔線條，後腰鬆緊帶提供穿脫時的便利性。褲腳採細三折縫法，讓布料從腰際到褲腳的垂墜線條不受阻礙。一條從結構設定到面料開發都相當完整的夏季褲裝。
