由設計師杉原淳史於 2023 年秋冬創立，品牌以「此刻最想穿的衣服」為出發點，透過立體剪裁與結構重組的技法，呈現柔軟卻具張力的服裝線條。

杉原畢業於文化服裝學院，曾於法國與多個高端品牌共事，並擔任 AUBETT 設計師多年，累積紮實經驗後，以 nonnotte 展開個人化創作，品牌所有製作皆在日本完成，與在地職人共同開發素材與工藝，注重服裝與身體、空氣之間的關係，服裝風格兼具理性與感性，輪廓寬鬆而優雅，呈現出一種介於日常與設計之間的靜謐美學。

nonnotte 26SS新款垂墜套頭衫，選用Super 120支可水洗羊毛針織面料，紡紗階段將毛羽向內包覆，表面光滑且質地輕盈，透氣性佳，對應夏季穿著需求。衣身向下擺方向逐漸收窄的立體剪裁，避免多餘布料堆積，整體輪廓介於寬鬆與合身之間。袖口以雙褶取代傳統羅紋或鬆緊帶，維持袖型的圓潤線條。隨著洗滌次數會產生柔和的舊化感，一件從紗線開發到結構設定都相當完整的春夏羊毛上衣。
