ISSUETHINGS(イシューシングス)由設計師渡邊真司於2020年成立，渡邊真司為藝術大學畢業生，設計出與時尚學院不同派系的藝術服裝，提出將當代藝術等實驗元素與現代氣息結合的產品，品牌獨特之處在於即便設計簡約樸素，卻加入當代藝術元素，並圍繞軍事元素進行設計，同時結合街頭、古典、現代和實用元素的產品。多數單品皆由工匠手工製作，將工藝與藝術融入服裝之內，在眾多服裝品牌之中，打造出前所未有的藝術服裝。

這款單寧褲以純棉單寧布料製作，靈感來自 M-65 魚尾軍外套上偶爾出現的特殊細節，通常布料不一致會被視為瑕疵，這件單品便是以此為靈感，將那種「像是瑕疵卻反而成為設計」的氛圍延伸至單寧褲之中，特別加入左右非對稱的設計，並以仿舊加工進一步強調這種不完美的平衡感。
