LEVEL7 JACKET  輕薄、溫暖具有出色的防寒，防風和防水性能。

“在ECWCS *的第三代（GEN3）中，是具有最強防寒性能的外套。

下擺使用異材質縮口包邊以防止強風進入

其中一面使用尼龍製成，因此具有出色的抗風性和防水性。
